Hello, my name is Anthony Holley and I create connections/relationships by networking. I have always had a love for music ever since I was a kid. Specifically hip hop and R&B with dreams of one day owning my own Record Label. This led me to manage my first artist professionally known as Kooda B. Today I am responsible for his bookings such as shows, features, and appearances such as an interview or media press. I would say around 2019 I wanted to expand and learn more than managing instead I wanted to find and develop artists just like I was able to discover Kooda B. As a result, this has led me to pursue a degree in digital media and one day become an A&R at a major record label. As an A&R rep, my role is to reach out to artists that I discover either through social media, press coverage, hanging out at music clubs, visiting music venues nightly. Once the artist is signed to the label I have to act as the record company's representative during the recording process, and will be heavily involved in many decisions affecting the production process for example selecting songs, a Producer, and a studio for recording.
